Roof Restoration Perth was engaged to carry out roof maintenance at a property in Bull Creek. The work focused on high-pressure cleaning of the tiled roof and repointing the ridge capping.

The project was completed over approximately two to three days. Photographs were taken before and after the work to document the roof condition and the completed maintenance.

No unusual access problems, structural repairs or additional roofing work were recorded in the job submission.

Work Completed

The tiled roof was cleaned using high-pressure cleaning equipment. This removed built-up surface dirt and prepared the roof for the ridge-capping work.

Following the roof cleaning, all ridge capping included within the job scope was repointed. West Flex flexible pointing was used for this stage of the project.

The cleaning and repointing were completed as part of the same roof maintenance project over approximately two to three days.

Final Result

The roof maintenance was completed with the tiled roof high-pressure cleaned and the ridge capping repointed using West Flex flexible pointing.
